Welcome to LashStock. By creating an account and using this app, you agree to the following:

1. Use of the App

LashStock is an inventory management tool designed for lash artists and beauty professionals. You agree to use it for personal or business inventory tracking purposes only.

2. Your Data

The data you enter (inventory, costs, settings, client counts, revenue) is stored to provide app functionality. We do not sell your data. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

3. Accuracy

LashStock provides estimates and forecasts based on the data you enter. These are tools, not guarantees. Final purchasing and business decisions remain your responsibility.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

5. Subscription and Payment

LashStock is offered as a subscription service. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to those platforms’ policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the app, harming the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

LashStock, its branding, design, and content are owned by Urban Blend Tanning LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app or its content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LashStock is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

You may close your account by:

• Going to Settings → “Delete My Account” within the LashStock app, or

• Emailing hello@lashstockapp.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access

• You fail to pay subscription fees after multiple notices

Upon termination:

• Your account and inventory data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

• Active subscriptions will be cancelled separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account

• Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your account, you must initiate account deletion separately

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
