1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address

• Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form; we never see your actual password)

Inventory and Business Data. LashStock is an inventory management tool for beauty professionals. You may voluntarily enter information including:

• Product names and categories

• Lash tray specifications (curl, diameter, length)

• Adhesive and supply details (purchase date, shelf life, cost)

• Inventory quantities and par levels

• Cleanser and component data

• Tool and retail inventory

• Revenue and goal tracking values

• Usage preferences (clients per week, per-client usage)

This information is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Usage Data. We may automatically collect technical data such as device type, mobile operating system, IP address, browser type, app feature usage, and crash logs. This helps us improve performance and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the LashStock Service

• Authenticate your account and secure access

• Enable inventory tracking, forecasting, and reorder reminders

• Improve app functionality and user experience

3. How We Share Your Information

• Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for dispute resolution.

• Inventory data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, it is removed from our active systems within 30 days.

• Usage data is retained for up to 24 months for analytics and security.

• Backup copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before final deletion.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Correct inaccurate information

• Delete your account and associated data

• Export your inventory data (where technically feasible)

• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis

6. Data Security

LashStock is intended for users 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

LashStock is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
